This is what it looks like when you decide to get married in Norway on a fjord. Or to be more specific - on an intimate Norwegian island, which is occupied only by a flock of sheep, no one else.
I have spent a few days with Maru and Kristian and those were exactly the days to remember. I think back then started my love for the North. All the scandi people, food, mind-blowing landscapes. This is the reason I love shooting weddings. Making someone’s memories last forever and besides that exploring our amazing planet.
I think we got all possible weather during that day. From beautiful sunshine during the boat ride and the ceremony, a little drizzle after the ceremony to a quick snow shower in the evening. And they didn’t mind. And me neither. I think all kinds of weather are beautiful and every single one has its own potential and unique atmosphere. This intimate Norwegian wedding will stay in my heart forever. Thank you, Maru and Kristian!
P.S.: Did you know that a moose can swim? Even a few kilometers between the fjords!
